Assumption of Risk and Waiver

Participation in stand-up paddleboarding and related activities involves inherent risks, including

but not limited to injury, drowning, and exposure to weather and environmental conditions. By

registering for or participating in any Aqueous SUP activity, you voluntarily assume all such

risks. Participants may be required to sign a liability waiver prior to participation. Refusal to

complete required safety documentation may result in denial of service without refund.

Eligibility and Participation Requirements

Aqueous SUP activities may have age, skill, or health-related participation requirements. It is

your responsibility to ensure you meet these requirements prior to booking. Minors must be

accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise specified in course policies.
