Cancellation Policy

Aqueous SUP Cancellation Policy:

• Our cancellation policy applies to all courses, tours, lessons, and clinics. Due to our limited availability, more than 48 hours are required for cancellations and date changes. No shows, cancellations and date changes for any reason within the 48 hours are non- refundable. 
  
• We at Aqueous SUP reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any of our listed activities up to and within 24 hours of the scheduled date. Circumstances include but are not limited to low enrollment, weather (wind, lightning, thunderstorms), natural disasters (fires), unsafe conditions, and any events or circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel the activity, you will receive a 100% refund. We run rain or shine.
